1. Reservations and Payments

To confirm enrollment in any cooking class, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash upon arrival to the class. Advance payments can be made via:

  • Bank transfer (for participants with a Mexican bank account).
  • PayPal (for international participants) Once the deposit is received, the booking will be confirmed by email or direct message.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the client, regardless of the reason. No-shows without notice will be considered as classes taken, with no refunds or rescheduling.

3. Safety and Hygiene

Participants must follow the instructions of the lead cook at all times during the class. It is mandatory to wash hands before food preparation. Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated before the class begins. If not mentioned, it will be assumed that the participant can consume all ingredients used.

4. Allergies and Intolerances

Participants are responsible for informing the team in advance of any food allergies. While precautions are taken, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

5. Use of Images

Photos or videos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please notify us before the class begins.

6. Changes by the Organizer

Cardia Puebla Cooking reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a new date will be offered or a full refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All recipes, techniques, and materials shared during the class are the property of Cardia Puebla Cooking and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written authorization.
